ALIM ROSLAN

I coach because sports and fitness has been a huge part of my childhood and adult life (being in competitive sports and the military) so I know the importance and the impact it can make on people’s lives. My passion for fitness led me to coaching. I want to help others achieve their goals, whether it be performance, fitness or health. Educate and share knowledge with others, either clients or coaches to help them become better.

AMANI MUNTASSIR

I coach because I believe in how, with practice, yoga transforms one to be more mindful in all aspects of life, especially in movement. It is fulfilling to be able to guide others on their yoga journey to discover their inner peace and strength.

FAIZ ALLI

I coach because I enjoy leading an active lifestyle and naturally I would want to share my love for fitness with others. Aside from that I find it very fulfilling in being physically active and being able to promote/encourage a healthy lifestyle to those around me. Being able to be part of a team that supports and encourages you makes it even sweeter.

FARHAN NIZAM

I coach because I genuinely enjoy seeing and helping people progress toward their goals. Guiding others to improve their skills and confidence is both rewarding and fulfilling for me.

FLO BERTRAND

I coach to share my passion with others and practise together which makes it even more fun. I strive to help others make them feel their best, relax and forget about their worries while taking care of their health.

JENNIFER MAH

I coach because I am passionate about teaching and aim to deliver effective and straightforward methods to explain concepts during my classes. I like to encourage clients to seek my guidance to improve their practices.
