New Class Alert: We are thrilled to announce our n New Class Alert: We are thrilled to announce our new Mat Pilates class designed to help you strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body. 

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class offers a challenging yet accessible workout for all levels!

You can expect: A low impact full-body workout that target every muscle group, a focus on core strength and flexibility and breathwork to connect body and mind. 

The classes will be lead by Flo Bertrand and our guest instructor, Emma from @embracepilates.bn starting the first week of March. We cannot wait to see you on the mat!

Thank you to @bruneiboxing.bn for the opportunity to highlight boxing in our local community, we look forward to more events to come! 

Well done to our trainer @farhan_nizam for the W and a massive shoutout to his opponent Hassan, also sparring partner. Boxing is not just a sport, it’s a mindset. Push yourself, evolve, train hard and fight easy.

50km of a shared relay run, countless strides, and 50km of a shared relay run, countless strides, and one unstoppable community! From a dark and early 3 am start to a bright and lively 8 am finish, we pushed each other to new limits and showed what true community strength looks like. 

Extra special shoutout to our trainer @alimroslan and our members Nadiah and Zafri for completing 40 km individually! What an achievement! You are each an inspiration to our community.
