HYROX Relay Challenge is here: Sunday 20 July 2025 HYROX Relay Challenge is here: Sunday 20 July 2025 at Jab Gym 9 am to 12 noon. 

This challenge is open to members and session pass holders — grab your crew and take on 5 high-intensity, team-based challenges designed to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork. 

Men, women and mixed categories (2 men and 2 women for the mixed team) with limited slots available on a first come first serve basis. 

Sign up is free and all finishers will receive an exclusive Jab Gym x Hyrox patch with an extra surprise for the top team in each category! 

Here’s what you’re up against: 

1. Max Calories – Echo + Assault Bike 
Three members ride, one rests. Switch anytime. 4 minutes to rack up the most calories!

2. Sled Push + Teammate 
Push a sled (plus a teammate!) across the turf. The person getting pushed must rotate in order. Score = total lengths in 4 minutes.

3. Max Run + Burpee Broad Jump 
All members go at once! Cover as much distance as possible running and doing burpee broad jumps in 4 minutes.

4. Row/Lunge + Max Ski 
One at a time: 150m row + 30m walking lunges, then tag out. Meanwhile, rack up distance on the SkiErg. Total = rounds + ski distance in 4 minutes.

5. Watt Bike + Wall Balls 
Go all out on the Watt Bike (damper set to 8) while accumulating as many wall balls as possible. Total = distance + wall ball reps in 4 minutes.

Expect sweat, strategy, and serious team energy. Are you in?

You can expect: A low impact full-body workout that target every muscle group, a focus on core strength and flexibility and breathwork to connect body and mind.
