🗓️Want to perform better at HYROX? 

We have what you need: our next training workshop at Jab Gym, a HYROX Training Club, on 18 and 19 April 2026, running over 2 sessions this time! 

The sessions are built for coaches and athletes looking to level up their HYROX performance. Open to all, whether experienced or new to HYROX. 

We are fully equipped with official HYROX Centr equipment, offering a race-ready training experience that closely mirrors competition conditions.

The workshop focuses on race-specific conditioning, technique, and pacing to help you compete with confidence and all sessions will be held at Jab Gym, Level 4, Pavo Point. 

✅ WHAT IS INCLUDED: 

Day 1: 18 April 530 to 830 pm – Introduction to HYROX, training structure, movement standards and technique on sled push, burpee broad jumps, lunges and wallballs.

Day 2: 19 April 700 am to 1000 am – Movement standards and techniques on ski erg, row erg, sled pull and farmer’s carry, race strategy and performance insights for all levels and categories and putting it all together. 

Light refreshments to wrap up the morning!

🔖It’s your choice: Attend 1 or both sessions – both will run for approximately 3 hours. 

💳Pricing: BND37.50 per person per session or if you sign up for both, you get a 10% discount - BND67.50.

YES, IT IS BACK! Our Transform-You member challeng YES, IT IS BACK! Our Transform-You member challenge is back for 2026! 

Whether you are looking for some motivation to begin, restart or enhance your mental and physical well-being, join our self-transformation challenge to make an impact for yourself. 

Prizes will be awarded to participants who achieve the best results from this challenge with 1 male and 1 female winner. The winners being the participants with highest body fat % loss paired with muscle gain.

Rules of participation: 

•	You must be aged 18 years or older, an active member of Jab Gym during the challenge period. The challenge is free to enter with no registration fee applicable.

•	The challenge will commence on Monday 6 April 2026 and conclude on Saturday 30 May 2026. Winners will be announced on Monday 1 June 2026. 

•	Registration will open on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and close by 7pm Monday 6 April 2026. The link to register will be available in our bio ☝🏻from 1 April 2026. 

•	Initial Check in must be completed between Friday 3 April 2026 to Monday 6 April 2026. 

• ⁠Check out must be completed between Thursday 28 May 2026 to Saturday 30 May 2026. 

•	You must attend a minimum of four (4) scheduled classes per week (from Monday to Sunday) during the challenge period.

•	You must complete an InBody assessment at initial check in, check out and every two (2) weeks during the challenge period.
