Five years ago, we opened our doors — not knowin Five years ago, we opened our doors — not knowing the kind of community that would walk in.

We started as a space to train; it became a space to belong. Every class, every coach, every drop of sweat tells our story. 

Five years of pushing limits, breaking barriers, and showing what it means to be strong — inside and out. We became a community built on courage, discipline, and heart.

Thank you to everyone who has made Jab Gym what it is today. When each of you walked in with drive, you stayed with heart, and together, we built something bigger than all of us. 

This is Jab. This is us. Happy 5th anniversary and onward to the journey ahead! Let’s create more memories together.

We were pairfectly unstoppable! What a morning wit We were pairfectly unstoppable! What a morning with an all female crew and all female participants for our Pairfect Challenge. Core memories created, so much fun, not only sweat but lots of laughs. To top it off, we were nourished by @ume.vr and @acaihabitat.bn .

Ladies, it’s YOUR time to shine in our “Pairfe Ladies, it’s YOUR time to shine in our “Pairfect Challenge” where our entire crew and judges are all female — creating the safest, most supportive space for you to crush your goals! 

Grab your workout bestie and form a pair! 

Sunday 28 September 2025 at Jab Gym from 9 am to 12 noon. 5 stations: 4 minutes on, 1 minute rest. It’s all about finishing strong — no scoring, just pure teamwork and fun!

What’s in the challenge? 

Station 1: Sled Push & Pull: Working one at a time, with 1 partner pushing the sled and the other pulling it back. You can change anytime, no order is needed. As it will be a single sled only, weight will be set at 90 kg (including the sled). Goal: Achieve max distance in 4 minutes.

Station 2: Skierg & Burpee Broad Jumps: Working together at the same time, switching between movements anytime. Burpee broad jumps distance within a 7m increment. Goal: Achieve max distance on skierg and max distance on burpee broad jumps in 4 minutes. 

Station 3: Rowerg & Farmers Carry: Working together at the same time, switching between movements anytime. Farmers carry distance within a 10m increment. Goal: Achieve max distance on rower and max distance on farmers carry length in 4 minutes. 

Station 4: Stationary sandbag reverse lunges and wallballs: Working together at the same time, switching between movements anytime. Goal: Achieve max reps on the stationary lunges and max reps on the wallballs in 4 minutes. 

Station 5: Run together: Working together at the same time on treadmill. Goal: Achieve max distance accumulated together in 4 minutes. 

(Weighted movements will follow official Hyrox competition women doubles weights.)
