CLASSES

What classes do you offer?

At the moment, we offer group classes in boxercise, TRX, circuit training, strength and conditioning, as well as yoga.

For more details on what each class involves, check out our CLASSES page.

How do I book a class?

To book a class, you’ll need to create a user account on our website and then contact us for further assistance on +673 740 1188.

Alternatively, you can also stop by the gym to sign up, and our friendly staff will help you out.

What time should I arrive for class?

To ensure the best experience for all participants, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled classes.

We recommend arriving at Jab Gym at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time so that you are ready to join the class at start time.

If you are on the waitlist, you may only join the class once you have received confirmation from our customer service team that a space has become available. If you are unsure, please feel free to check with our team for clarification.

As classes begin promptly at their scheduled start time, entry will not be permitted once a class has commenced. If you are running late, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can keep your instructor informed and help classes run smoothly for everyone.

If you arrive late to class and the session is waitlisted, and your place cannot be filled, a late cancellation fee or session pass may be forfeited.

LATE CANCELLATION

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations.

If you cancel your class spot less than six (6) hours before the scheduled class time, a session pass forfeit or late cancellation fee may be charged.

You will only be charged a late cancellation fee or forfeit a session pass if the class is waitlisted and your spot has not been taken. If there is no waitlist for the class, you will not be charged.

Waitlist

If the class is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist and you will be given a spot if there is a cancellation.

If a spot doesn’t open up on the waitlist, you might still have a chance of getting in. Arrive at the gym five minutes before the scheduled class time once we have our no-show count. If there are any open spots, you may be in luck!

What do I bring to class?

Bring your sports clothes and a bottle of water but leave your phone in the locker room! Out of courtesy to your instructor and fellow gym users, we strongly advise against bringing your phone inside the studio.

Do you offer private classes?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.

I’ve never boxed before. Will I be able to join a boxercise class?

Yes! We welcome gym goers regardless of ability.

Do I need to bring my own gloves?

Nope, we provide in-house gloves free of charge and also have a range of boxing gloves for sale.
