More than just lifting weights, a strength and conditioning class helps you focus on using your own bodyweight for resistance, as well as various supplementary exercises. Strength and conditioning encourage you to utilise your entire body, which translates to improved strength, endurance, power, mobility and physical performance. Strength and conditioning classes will also ensure that you will be able to learn the hows and whys of your workouts, while at the same time minimising sports injuries.

While you build your physical strength through our classes, our classes will also ensure that you will be able to build resilience through conditioning. With conditioning, your limits will be continuously challenged. As you attend more strength and conditioning classes, you will become stronger as your limits are expanded.
